By creating an account, downloading, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. About the Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Overbots is an online multiplayer game developed and operated by DSTRUCT (&#8220;we&#8221;, &#8220;us&#8221;, &#8220;our&#8221;), a Sole proprietorship registered in Gibraltar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can contact us at:\u00a0<strong>Email:<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:legal@overbotsgame.com\">legal@overbotsgame.com<\/a>\u00a0<strong>Address:<\/strong>\u00a0Office to be confirmed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account and delete their data promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Platform Authentication<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Overbots uses your existing platform account (Steam, Xbox, Epic Games, or other supported platforms) for authentication. You do not create a separate Overbots password. Your platform account credentials remain subject to that platform&#8217;s own terms of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Display Names<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your in-game display name defaults to your platform username. You may set a custom display name within the Game, subject to the restrictions in Section 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.3 Account Responsibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for all activity conducted through your platform account in connection with the Game. If you become aware of any unauthorised use, contact your platform provider immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.4 One Account Per Player<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may only use one account at a time. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, exploit matchmaking, or gain unfair advantages is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Licence to Play<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This licence does not include the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-layout-flex wp-container-core-list-is-layout-c4cf3051 wp-block-list-is-layout-flex\" style=\"\">\n<li>Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Game<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Game for commercial purposes without our written permission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create derivative works based on the Game<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All rights not expressly granted remain with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Acceptable Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.1 You agree not to:<\/h3>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-layout-flex wp-container-core-list-is-layout-c4cf3051 wp-block-list-is-layout-flex\" style=\"\">\n<li>Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software that provides an unfair advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other players on any basis including race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impersonate other players, developers, or any real person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use display names or in-game text that is offensive, hateful, defamatory, or sexually explicit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempt to disrupt the Game&#8217;s servers or infrastructure (including DDoS attacks)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attempt to access another player&#8217;s account or data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engage in real-money trading of in-game items or currency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Game to advertise, spam, or conduct phishing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use automated bots, scripts, or macros to play the Game<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.2 Reporting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We encourage players to report violations using the in-game reporting tools. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We are not obligated to disclose the outcome of moderation actions to the reporting player.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Virtual Currency and Store<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1 In-Game Currency<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Overbots features an in-game currency (&#8220;Honors&#8221;) that can be earned through gameplay. Honors have no real-world monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for real currency, and are not redeemable for cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2 Cosmetic Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Honors can be used to purchase cosmetic items (skins, emotes, accessories) in the in-game store. These items are purely cosmetic and confer no gameplay advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.3 No Refunds on Virtual Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Honors expenditure is final. We do not offer refunds for virtual items once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.4 Changes to Store and Pricing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove store items and pricing at any time. We reserve the right to adjust Honors balances in cases of bug exploitation, fraud, or technical error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.5 Future Paid Content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may introduce optional paid content in the future. If we do, we will update these Terms and provide clear notice in advance. Any real-money purchases will be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.6 Account Closure and Virtual Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your account is terminated for violations of these Terms, you will forfeit any remaining Honors and virtual items without compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. User-Generated Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the Game permits you to create or share content (including display names, custom text, or other player-generated material), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You represent that any content you submit does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content in the Game \u2014 including characters, artwork, music, sound effects, code, and text \u2014 is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Overbots, its name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of DSTRUCT. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Third-Party Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Game uses Epic Online Services (EOS) for authentication, matchmaking, and data storage. Your use of EOS is subject to Epic Games&#8217; own terms of service and privacy policy, available at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicgames.com\/site\/en-US\/privacypolicy\">https:\/\/www.epicgames.com\/site\/en-US\/privacypolicy<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where you access the Game through a third-party platform (Steam, Xbox, etc), that platform&#8217;s own terms apply in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Updates and Availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any features at any time with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for downtime, data loss during outages, or removal of features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes or planned shutdowns where possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Suspension and Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.1 By Us<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Game at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to cheating, harassment, and fraud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.2 Appeals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting us at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:support@overbotsgame.com\">support@overbotsgame.com<\/a>. We will review appeals at our discretion. We are not obligated to restore access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.3 By You<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may stop using the Game at any time. To request deletion of your associated data, see our Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Disclaimers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED &#8220;AS IS&#8221; AND &#8220;AS AVAILABLE&#8221; WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR VIRTUAL ITEMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED \u00a350.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Governing Law and Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibrtaltar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to refer disputes to your local consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\">https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Changes to These Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-game notice or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
